The Bible Project is probably one of the fastest growing projects on the Internet right now. It presents each Bible book through short videos with animations. The project is being translated into many world languages. It had not been translated into Albanian before.
The Board of SU Kosova made a decision for SU Kosova to advance the idea of serving the Albanian-speaking world with the opportunity to read and learn about the Bible.
When the Board decided to move forward with this idea, we had nothing in the account set aside for such works.
As a result of strong commitment, in 2018 we have managed to make the whole project completed and operational. However, this is still only with subtitles. There are two other stages to accomplishing our task: translation of the voice over and the animations. We’re conscious this is a huge undertaking, but we believe it is entirely possible.
